Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hi and thanks for checking out this post.
  
  A few months ago I purchased a web service that is similar to Freelancer.com and Elance.com.

  The website has been around since 2004 and it has a Google PR of 4.
  
  The service has never realized its full potential because (in my opinion) the business model of the previous owners didn't provide enough value to visitors. It is also a bit cumbersome to get around.
  
  Think of it like a piece of 'fix-er-upper real estate' in a good neighborhood.
  
  I have a partner and both of us are Business Graduates. We are both Canadian and speak English.
  
  We have analyzed the freelancer/employer market over the past few months. We engaged in dialogue with both freelancers and employers and feel we have created a business model that 'fills a gap' currently in the industry.
  
  We need a business minded web developer and programmer to help deliver our vision.
  
  We are willing to discuss partial ownership, pay or profit sharing.

  The site is built in PHP and uses MySQL.
  
  It has the basics of a freelancer website; Workroom, Profile, Job Categories and Listings and more. The look and feel, along with the work-flow need to be cleaned up.
