Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My associate and I are in the preliminary process of designing a website that focuses on small business. For confidentiality reasons I cannot give any further specifics. However I can say that should our website meet the large demands we expect it to meet then the idea carries massive potential. The site will be relatively large and in some areas complex, and therefore the ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and creative.
  
  Requirements:
  
  - Neither I nor my associate have any experience in programming and we do not have language preferences/requirements. The ideal candidate will possess competent knowledge in various languages, especially those that concern web development.
  - Bachelor's CS or related degree a significant plus.
  - Considerable past participation in web development projects, open-source or otherwise
  
  
  The salary we will offer will be negotiated during the hiring process. Be assured that we are prepared to offer a competitive market salary.
