  Tank Top TV is a project that we put together a couple of years ago to make it easy to find content you want to watch online. Since then we've mostly been focussed on other things - but now we're coming back to it with lots of ideas for a major overhaul and a ton of improvements. We particularly need a great designer on board.
  
  Essential that you're an awesome designer. Would be great (but not absolutely essential) if you're able to translate your amazing designs into XHTML + CSS (+ even Javascript).
