  I am running a shoe startup.The aim of this startup is to sale shoes online.I have purchased a domain (http://www.theconverseshoes.info) for this purpose.I need a
  highly professional designer who can redesign this website as per my needs.
  
  The aim of the designer should be to create a neat and clean design.Designer must focus on better navigation and Higher conversion rate in place of heavy graphics and flash.
  
  My budget is around 1000 USD for this project but if your design samples are good ,i will increase it w/o any hesitation.I will suggest all bidders to take a look at
