  I'm in need of an additional section on my sports betting website.
  
  This section will serve as a consensus pics place for my users, where they will be prompted to select the games they believe one team will win against the point spread.
  
  Something similar to: http://www.wagerline.com/Handicapping/consensusPick/consensus-picks-home.aspx?t=0
  
  But, I want it to track when one team is 59-64,65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, and 95-100% for one team.
  
  I invision it tracking with a bar across the top, that keeps track of the success rate. Users being prompted to make the selections, then automatically tracking each user and updating/showing the % of users for each team.
