Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I'm looking for a web designer to help me design a web site with a web 2.0 look and feel (like this site or stylehive, flickr, etc.). Please let me know if you're available and have experience designing sites in this area. Please point me to a url of a site you have done that reflects this design scheme if you have. You do not need to program the site. I have a functional specification and would like to start as soon as I can find someone suitable. Ideally, I'd like to work with someone that would be available to modify and enhance the site on an as needed basis after the project ends.
