Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  We're a small collective [4] of web developers of varying backgrounds with an incredible idea to help connect language speakers/teachers/learners around the world, with a wide array of services.
  
  We would need a minimum of funding to get the site up, and if the investor is nice enough, help us rent an apartment for the summer so we could work together instead of having to telecommute... :D
