Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a JavaScript ninja. You should be able to write modern unobtrusive JavaScript from scratch. You should also be very familiar with jQuery and/or Mootools.
  
  You would also have a firm grasp of AJAX and be able to interface your work with back-end PHP/MySQL code.
  
  And of course, your work should be very cross-browser compatible. In other words, bulletproof.
  
  You would be working alongside a PHP/MySQL programmer.
  
  If you can also write PHP/MySQL that would be a bonus, and would mean potentially more work for you.
  
  To start, we would work on a per-project basis. I am always working on new projects and have several going simultaneously at all times.
  After some time of working together, I may offer to take you on-board part or full-time. Working remotely is fine. Where you live is irrelevant!
