  I am currently designing the blueprint for a web application that I believe has immense potential for long-term hyper-growth. I need a PHP coder from the United States that would like to partner up with me on this web application and help create a prototype for us to present to potential investors. I will negotiate a deal with the coder that is fair to him/her and compensates them well during the project and also offers them sweat equity.
