  TMF Group, LLC is an early stage start-up looking for an extremely bright, energetic individual to help build its web-based platform. We are a small team of highly motivated and passionate individuals, looking to provide a cutting-edge solution to millions of consumers. We are currently targeting a web applications developer that is open to long-term contract work; however, if all goes well full-time employment in a CTO role is a definite possibility.
  
  DESCRIPTION:
  We are looking for someone with experience and interest in building a front-end web application with AJAX and server-side technologies. Candidate will be asked to develop the front-end user interface, while working closely with founders to develop platform architecture and user experience. Location is negotiable; however, NY tri-state area is preferable. Start date is as soon as possible.
  
  EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  ? Significant development experience in server-side technologies such as PHP, ASP, Java
  ? AJAX/XHTML/CSS experience with knowledge and interest in GUI design
  ? Strong working knowledge of database design and MySQL
  ? Experience working on cross-browser platforms
  ? Ability to write clean, extensible code a must
  ? Computer Science degree or equivalent required
