Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I need, at a minimum, some logo work and a matching web page design. Ideally, I'd like to be able to ask you for extra graphics, images, a couple twists on the original page design, etc. The best scenario to me would be to be able to find a seasoned designer who is willing to walk through the whole process of discussing my business targets and then build a brand and website to suit.
  
  In exchange, I can offer you my services on a job of comparable scope (or, if you'd like, we could arrange a free website hosting arrangement - depends on what you need.). I am an expert with PHP/MySQL and related technologies as well as lots more (see my profile).
