Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  - Proficient in m HTML/CSS/ JavaScript according to current web standards
  - Working knowledge of XML/PHP/AJAX/Flash/Actionscript
  - Understanding of back end development and integration with front end design
  - Experience with MySQL/CMS/ /ASP
  - Knowledge of web server applications
  - Working knowledge of design applications, such as Adobe Photoshop
  - Experience with video encoding technology a plus
