Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and building web applications that are user-friendly. I am open to any programming language (Rails, Zend PHP Framework, etc).

  I am a designer and entrepreneur. I need a programmer partner for a long-term project to create a web app for the business-to-business market.
  
  Basically, it is a web app that provides customized databases for users (very similar to DabbleDB). Basically, the idea is to take Microsoft Access capabilities online so businesses can share data (collaborate) with employees regardless of location). Businesses would pay monthly for service.
  
  We will share all hosting/server costs and share profits as well. I will take care of the designing (I have limited programming experience).
  
  You should agree that simplicity is best (37 Signals, Google, EveryBlock, etc).
  
  MUST BE LOCATED IN UNITED STATES.
