  My name is Jeremy Hanke and I'm the editor-in-chief of MicroFilmmaker Magazine, the online magazine for low-budget filmmakers. We are currently looking for a web programmer to work with our web designers and oversee advertising, tracking, and multimedia programming for the site.
  
  Currently, the position is on a volunteer basis but we plan to have it evolve into a paid position in the future. Must be dependable, reliable, and interested in coming up with innovative approaches for web interactivity!
  
  As MFM deals with teaching filmmakers how to make great low-budget films, an interest in filmmaking is a definite plus!
