  We need to develop a Magento site for a client that does not use prices.
  
  They want to use the functionality of the shopping cart for users to submit products for quotes.
  
  All the items in the store will be without prices. Users select the items they are interested in and place them in the cart. At the end of their shopping, they would enter their contact information and submit the cart to our client.
