Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a designer looking for a programmer to take a psd and code it into a wordpress theme. We will make premium wordpress themes for sale. There are multiple sales channels that are currently selling themes. We'll put our themes on these sites and split the sales.
