Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for someone to help me design the interfaces to iphone applications. In return I'm willing to do Quid pro quo programming work for the designer.
  
  Ideally both sides with negotiate a set of deliverables to be exchanged as each project progresses, with me providing programs to implement the designers ideas and the designer providing graphics and design elements to help me implement mine.
  
  Japanese is a reasonable alternative to English if the designer prefers it.
