Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have started a company based around some new software we have written. We have 2 programmers and a finance guy but no art / design person. I have been sub contracting the design overseas so far and that has gone ok but I would strongly prefer to have a designer working with us. I am looking for someone who can do the artwork, web design, site content, and all general art needs for us. Absolutely no programming is required for this as we have all the programming for everything taken care of.
  
  What we really are looking for is the last piece to our team that can head up the creative / marketing / content end of it. The existing members of the team have already put thousands of hours into this project as well as thousands of dollars and it is very far along. You can see the current website at www.solitudemedia.com. Our product works and is in production.
  
  All of us are doing this on our own time so there is no funding as of yet. We are looking for someone to partner with us and be part of that.
