  HTML, PHP, ActionScript, JavaScript, CSS.
  Basics about webdeveloping, information architecture and Design concepts.
  
  You must have experience designing and developing static pages (just HTML and PHP) and dynamic pages (FLASH and JavaScript).
  
  It will be great if you have some experience in SEO, too.
