Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need someone with extensive XHTML and CSS abilities. Also needs to know the quickest and most cost effective way to set up an ecommerce portion of the site. I am a graphic designer and have a client who wants me to design the site. I need someone to code it basically

  I do know a lot about code but not enough to feel confident to offer it as my services so I need someone to work with. If we work well together I may be interested in forming a relationship.
