Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  My startup currently consists of 3 developers and we are looking for another design to jump on board with an equal share. Keep in mind that this is equity only right now, and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED designer to come on board with us. We describe ourselves as a startup creating applications for students by students. So our ideal designer will currently be a student with the know how on how to create beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.
