Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  xhtml, css, javascript, ajax, prototype/scriptacolous, some java/jsp, jstl, good understanding in designing simple, clean web based UI, proactive
  
• Additional Info

  I need a web designer able to work on the design and implementation of a new web site that will be launched shortly. A good understanding of basic web-UI principles is required, as well as the latest web2.0sh skills (mainly css, ajax).
  The website run on a Java/Tomcat/Mysql architecture, so some Java wouldn't hurt.
