Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am setting out on a new venture which I strongly believe is a unique idea and that there is a solid market for. I am a strong programmer and will handle the majority of coding efforts. But need someone with an eye for design and usability.
  
  In order to get a beta out quick, I am planning on developing with Python on the Google App Engine. Any knowledge of that would be a plus but not required.
  
  This would be a partnership and any revenue made will be split as we determine. I believe this will be a good opportunity for someone.
