Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am currently branding and designing a site for a small private gym. The site will be built primarily in HTML with a few Flash components. There is an area on the site that requires the ability to schedule appointments. This is where my skills fall short and would like for someone to help me develop it and make it integrate with the rest of the website. The following description is in the words of my client. Hope this helps:
  
  I want the calendar to be visible to all clients and trainers, but only trainers can modify it. This allows all trainers and clients to know who is going to be there and when. I want there to be 4-5 spaces to reserve for training, and only 1 hour blocks available, but 30 minute increments in the schedule. I want there to be a way to schedule the infra-red sauna by clients and trainers, so this section would be different. The treatment room, would need to be similar in that clients could book their own massage therapist into the room, but trainers would have priority. Also, if I get more than 6 trainers, I would want there to be a hierarchy in the schedule. ie. those that pay in advance would get higher priority in the calendar.
