Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I'd like to automatically (and ethically!) screen scrape several review sites and repost a snippet of the review, the rating, images, etc into Wordpress blog posts. I'm thinking this could be done with some simple Javascript and a custom PHP plugin but I'm not a programmer....
