Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  We are looking for a senior designer that has experience in developing intuitive, functional and eye-catching websites, written to conform to web standards for all popular browsers.
  
  We are developing software for the small business community that combines sales, resource scheduling and accounting functions.
  
  We have an immediate need to:
  1) Develop landing / home page.
  2) Revamp color scheme, icons, and overall look of the site.
  3) Leverage good design to make the site and application more intuitive.
  
  In exchange for a part-time commited designer we are prepared to offer:
  1) Share in profit
  2) % of company once the product takes off
  
  The product is developed in Django using the Google App Engine. All the work wil be based around modifying Django html templates.
  
  We have a working application at: www.sohoappspot.com. We have made a good start but need someone with design flair to take it to the next level.
