Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm an established Freelance web designer. I have two immediate projects that I will need assistance with.
  
  The first is a simple Flash based Kiosk with a video intro that loops, a main menu that takes you to approximately 6 information pages that contain a short voice over.
  
  The second is a simple web to email form developed with ASP that utilizes Captcha technology.
  
  Flash and ASP programmers do not have to be the same person
