Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Building an .asp application over the course of several months. Need someone who can do 20-40 hours per week starting with this project and then proceeding from there. The only base requirements for this job is that you must have a good understanding of PHP (doesn't have to be perfect but you need experience). It would be VERY preferred for you to be within 50 mile radius of portland oregon.
