Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am building a django-based system. I need an experienced JavaScript developer to help code functionality for one page of intermediate complexity. Please respond to this request with job experience and references (preferably in the US with phone numbers).
  
  If you meet the criteria, I will ask you to sign an NDA. Once completed, I will share with you the functional specs for the page itself for which I will need a cost estimate from you.
  
  Once I get a few such estimates, I will select one programmer to complete the work, set up a contract with that programmer, and execute.
  
  My deadline for code complete is mid-Feb so the process (and the work) will need to be done quickly, so please respond only if you have some time to do the work.
