Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

• Required Knowledge

  this project involves very basic user interaction with a live network web cam. The organization sponsoring it is a small school club at bard college focused on the experience of finding recognizable shapes in clouds. this website would be an extension of the activity, using a webcam positioned on the sky. viewers could capture a screen shot of the current image displayed by the axis network web cam, and decide a title before it goes into a browsable archive, possibly a flickr account.
