Programmer looking for an Entrepreneur for long-term partnership

  TeamDating.com is the first "Social Dating" site and the establishment of a new trend in on-line thinking. Our site is not only focused on Team profiles like match.com but we're taking it to the next level by providing levels of content from "Places to go","events","news by RSS feeds". Our next level of the site will be the incorporation of our users "internet diary" or "Learn more about me" section where we will be basically I-Framing every site our user is a member of from Myspace to Utube. We will also be incorporating "TeamVideos" where teams can make a fun video of themselves and load it up on their Team Profile. These are just some of the changes coming for TeamDating.com and we need a strong, creative programmer to manager our 3rd party overseas programmers.
  
  The company consists of only it's two partners - myself, Kipp Gillian and my business partner Ray Doustdar. To this point we have done everything and we're now looking to bring someone in to take over the day-to-day programming oversite. This will be a long term Equity position.
