  We are looking for a web designer with a solid knowledge of CSS and Html.
  
  This is a job for someone who can see the long term viability of our idea and agree to split both the costs and profits all the way to the end.
  
  I'm looking for someone who agrees with me on the following...
  
  - Some of the simplest ideas and simplest looking web sites are some of
  the most effective. (You Tube / Google / Stackoverflow)
  
  - There is too much unnecessary clutter and complications on some websites
  these days.
  
  - It is becoming more and more common for people to want to migrate and
  get info about living in different parts of their country or the world.
  (This point goes with the theme of our idea)
  
  So far we are a two person team looking to add a good web designer to compliment our skills.
