Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hi! I am looking for someone who I can call upon to help with some of the hard core back end coding requirements on some projects that I have. Immediately, I have a smaller project that I need more hands (and brains!!) to complete. The price I quoted on this listing is for the small project I need help on right away, but there will be other bigger budgeted projects after this one which we would work out cost on those as they come up.
  
  I don't need designers, just a great coder. Expert with: php, CSS. MySQL REQUIRED! Great if you have worked with: WordPress, bulletin boards, other CMS systems! Knowledge in Flash (AS 3.0 and 2.0) would be wonderful too!
  
  Knowledge of payment gateway integration and shopping cart API's ideal. Clean, organized coding is highly appreciated. Searchable, optimized, and supported.
  
  If you are reliable, a good communicator (reasonably easy to get a hold of!), and meet your deadlines!!!! I would love to talk! It would be great if you were also local or atleast in close proximity to CA where I am located.
  
  Remember: I don't need any design just development. You will work off site. I'm looking to create a partnership with individuals rather than hiring a company. I already am a design company.
