Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a designer that I can contract work out to occasionally. I'll pay you fairly for the amount of time and work you put into a design, as long as you're good, and don't require a lot of handholding.
  
  You also have to be able to design better than me, or a partnership isn't really worth it :)
