Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  It would be great if you know how to use cms like expression engine and joomla too but it is optional.
  
  You should be able to write standards compliant code.

  I want to start a freelance webdesign team and work together on projects.
  
  I will be doing all the design related aspects of the projects like logo, brochures, identity, branding, web design etc.
  
  I need a programmer who can convert my web designs into workable solutions.
  
  For example. If a real estate company wants a website where people can buy and sell properties, I will design the logo, website, etc. Provide you with all the info on how it should all look and work and you should be able to Slice, code and integrate it into a cms.
  
  We will work together as a team, all profits will be distributed according to the work done. We will spend an equal amount of time getting clients, dealing with them, and running the business.
