Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  The deal is simple: we run a couple of online game sites (poker, trivia, etc). The site has a good user base (200-400 simultaneous players at any given time) and is already profitable.
  
  We are growing and badly need help with some technical work which can be any of:
  
  - java development (client-server, mysql)
  - website development (asp.net, php, facebook apps, mysql)
  - systems maintenance (linux, windows server 2003)
  - general maintenance (db tuning, systems tuning, small scripts, etc)
  
  If you have interest in doing any of these please reply. We are looking for a 4th PARTNER (there are currently 3 partners) and compensation will be part cash and part equity. In your reply please give us an idea of your suitability by answering these questions:
