  I'm starting a two-man LLC composed of myself (a Ruby on Rails developer) and you (a hot shot designer) to build awesome web applications for clients.
  
  I'm looking for a designer with ~20 hours of availability per week to work on projects. You should have a solid portfolio of work, freelance experience and be familiar with web standards and best practices.
