Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  Could I get a quote for the following. I'd like help with a new custom theme for a gay wordpress site/blog - I mention that because although it's NOT an X-rated site you'd need to be comfortable working with this sort of content.
  
  Assume domain has been purchased and hosting on my current provider, so just need to get it installed for new domain. I am already running wordpress so this would be a second installation.
  
  Things required:
  - Minor graphics design to create pleasing header graphics and icons.
  - Wordpress layout to requirements, installation of plugins
  - Blog highly SEO for specific keywords (and theme configuration done so to keep this in mind)
  - Setup of spam protection as needed
  
  Since I'm using wordpress already I'm quite familiar with it and hopefully we can find plugins to do a lot of the work for us. I mostly need the help on doing the graphics stuff to get a really well-done layout between content and advertisements, and SEO help to get me up in the ranks quickly.
  
  Wordpress experience required - please send portfolio links with your reply as well as your typical rate for a project like this.
  Keep in mind the bulk of the work will be SEO - the graphics design and wordpress setup will be fairly standard stuff.
