Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I am looking for flash programmer that can help me to build a website like this http://www.cameroid.com/ but without all the effects.
  Just takes the picture from a webcam, stores it and display in sortable list.
  
  All html/css files will be provided as well as the flash file for the "camera".
  
  Please provide amples of works you've done with actionscript.
