Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I would like to find someone who is looking for an interesting project to work on and wouldn't mind having their payment be from the business's success.
  
  I want to open a website to compete with a currently leading website in a certain department. The website has a proven business model that works and that will make money.
  
  I feel there are many things we can do better than the current site.
  
  I am looking for someone who really knows how to design a page, both visually and functionally. I want to find someone who wants to work on a hobby project that could make you money.
  
  Hopefully you would be able to hold your own and be able to make sensible design decisions.
  
  I'm hoping I can find someone who might be bored and wants something to do. I can't pay up front for this but I have everything needed and the programming know how in order to make it work and make it work well. The website itself will not require any up front capital.
