Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for 1 job

  A current partner of mine and I have some big potential ideas and need help to put a face to these projects. We are looking for passionate people that can contribute ideas. Interest in video games is imperative.
  
  Some of the features that need to be implemented are a place for people to submit files (some that associate with each other ((screenshots)), a means for making ratings and comments, Forums.
