Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Photoshop or any opensource image editor

  I need a designer for my own project. I'm not able to pay much for it, but can offer programming services (drupal, magento).
  
  You will be required to work on some available Drupal themes or create your own original: change the colors, add cool open-source icons, etc.
  
  Only design skill required, no html coding or programming needed.
