Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a designer/programmer who would like to help maintain Programming Designs (http://programming-designs.com) writing scripts, tutorials, being active on the forums, and working on projects (for online services).
  
  Seeking someone who is interested in doing it for the enjoyment of it but if your work on the site involves means of making money, by no means will I prevent that from happening. Some projects I have in mind regarding online services have the potential to make money so would be glad to get help there.
  
  This request is for partnership, not working as an employee or on a contract.
