  Hi there,
  
  We are looking for ActionScript developer.
  
  We want a Flash Tool that could take an image as input and allow user to mark certain areas on the image. And when user submit the button, the coordinates pass back to ASP.Net as xml response. No ASP.Net knowledge is required.
  
  The other features required are as follows;
  - When Zoom In/Out and respective coordinates and image size should be passed
  
  - User can rotate the image, and when this thing happens, the right coordinate and image position should be sent as XML
  
  Time and cost estimates are required.
