  Navigation Top: nav bg: green /a hover: lite green - thick / mac like buttons please:)
  CMS style site - not really going to be used as a traditional blog
  Header to be left "blank" (for now)
  Front Page: to feature "news" (ie:blog posts but no comments enabled) and a sidebar with "welcome to our site" text
