Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I already have a website up and running and with a nice design.
  
  I want to hire somebody to help me improve on each individual page design (not so much the general page template, but the content of each page).
  
  The site works just fine as it is now but I think with the help of someone who knows how to lay out data in an organized (not to mention pleasing to the eye).
  
  The site is basically a shopping site so most of the pages are similar to:
  
  Login / Logout / Control Panel
  Item Listing, Item Viewing
  Cart, Checkout
  
  I am willing to pay for this work but I honestly do not know the rates for such work. Please contact me and we can work out something more.
  
  Just to clarify: I already have a site and its design. I just want assistance in improving the layout of the content of each page.
  
  The results of your services would be:
  * Consistent page design between pages
  * Attractive page design
  * Easy to use
  * Concise and clear presentation of data
  * Navigation improvements (or linking improvements in general)
