Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need to figure out a format (iCalendar etc) in which yoga studio owners can set up and edit class schedules, so I can regularly import them into MySQL and export them into eLabels on my Google map. Ideally, the visitor would enter their location, and the map would show the next 10 classes in 10 blocks.
