  SaaS start-up in stealth mode pre-launch. Primary roles:
  
  Code Review & QA - Ensure that best practices are continually followed by the development team
  - Clean and properly refactored code
  - Properly tested code at all 3 levels (developer, acceptance, integration)
  - Reusability, Encapsulation, SOA architecture
  - Assuring proper Continuous Integration and TDD practices are followed
  
  Project Review - Ensure appropriateness of dev team's estimations and story point allocation and provide a weekly project status report
  
  
  Required Skills
  -5+ yrs software development for an ISV
  -2+ yrs in Ruby on Rails
  -SCRUM/Agile management
  -Behavior Driven Dev (BDD)
  -Relational DB design
  -Web Services, SOAs and MVC
  -Multi-tenant SaaS
  
  Desired Skills
  -PostgreSQL
  -Service-based, object-based and component-based modeling
  -TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, SMTP, etc.
  -Integration technologies and techniques
