Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I'm looking for a programmer to help me build a CMS for a real estate website. The website will have listings for properties that are on sale and on rent with additional pages of information that will be text.
  
  I need someone experienced in PHP/MySQL who can build a CMS so users/site owner can easily logon and add properties (which will be information about the house) as well as pages with information (text).
  
  You must be able to use Smarty for this project. Additionally, you will only be required to code in PHP, the HTML code is ready and I have all the templates you need to get started.
