Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Hello,
  Currently we have a small company that has been around for 10 years. We want to branch out a create a new product.
  We have some financial resources to help get the product started (we have already purchased some servers, and had a contactor build us some of the product)
  
  What we are looking for is 1 or 2 people.
  they must be knowledgble in C++ client/server type stuff, or a PHP/JSP (have not determined the web app server yet)
  
  This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to get in the ground floor and wants to be part of a new company. The investment we are looking for from you is TIME.
  
  We are looking for sweat equity type of programmer.
